Buyers Mission

Work to determine needs of the Buyers Mission
Pre-qualify and recruit appropriate buyers
Communicate closely with buyers to understand their buying interests
Provide a detailed profile of each buyer
Assist Activity Coordinator with details of the itinerary.
Assist Activity Coordinator to understand any special/cultural needs the buyers may have
Work with travel agents to make appropriate travel arrangements
Attend the mission to assist with various tasks, such as interpretation, communication and general management/logistics of mission
Provide input into retail tour needs
Assist with follow-up after the mission is completed to understand the results of the mission (ie: sales made)
